Important Notes & Engagement Terms:
Jurisdictional Pricing & Order Protocol: Steverson & Co. operates on a Standardized Numerical Model. To ensure regulatory and tax compliance, the following ordering protocols apply:
Malaysia Tier (Local): Rates are quoted in MYR. Online ordering and automated onboarding are available for verified Malaysian SMEs.
Singapore Tier (Regional/HQ): Rates are quoted at a 1:1 numerical ratio (SGD). Engagement typically requires a formal Consultative Discovery to align with MAS/PDPA governance.
Global Tier (International): Rates for entities outside of Malaysia and Singapore are quoted at a 1:1 numerical ratio (USD/EUR/AUD). Online ordering is not available for the Global Tier. All international engagements require a manual Discovery Phase, a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), and a formal Statement of Work (SOW) to address specific jurisdictional risks.
Regional Governance & Compliance: The International Tier includes specialized oversight for dual-jurisdiction compliance. This covers the alignment of Malaysian operations with international standards such as Singapore MAS TRM, SG-PDPA, GDPR, and the Malaysia Cyber Security Act 2024.
Cross-Border Tax Administration: All international fees are quoted Net of Withholding Tax (WHT). The client is responsible for ensuring the full invoiced amount is remitted. Steverson & Co. will provide a Certificate of Residence (COR) to assist in treaty-based tax relief under relevant Double Taxation Agreements (DTA).
2026 E-Invoicing & SST: All billings are processed via LHDN-validated e-Invoicing. Services for non-Malaysian entities are classified as an Export of Services (0% SST), provided the primary benefit of the strategic oversight is consumed at the HQ level.
L3 Strategic Oversight: Only Advanced and Elite Plans provide Layer 3 (L3) Leadership advice and Autonomous Operations. Standard desktop "Helpdesk" support (L1/L2) is excluded unless specified in a custom SOW.
Minimum Commitment: To ensure the successful stabilization of autonomous workflows and a hardened security posture, a minimum term applies (3 months for CORE, 6 months for ADVANCED, 12 months for ELITE).
Disbursements: Quoted rates cover remote advisory and digital implementation. Physical on-site visits are subject to separate travel, accommodation, and daily subsistence disbursements.
